橋梁頂升
在橋梁(liang)(liang)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)結構下方設置(zhi)反力基(ji)礎和頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)托(tuo)架,在反力基(ji)礎和橋梁(liang)(liang)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)結構之間設置(zhi)多個(ge)墊有臨時墊塊(kuai)的液(ye)壓千斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding),利用液(ye)壓千斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)將橋梁(liang)(liang)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)結構頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到預(yu)定(ding)位(wei)置(zhi),頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)托(tuo)架在頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)過程(cheng)中(zhong)對橋梁(liang)(liang)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)結構進(jin)行支撐,采用PCL液(ye)壓同(tong)(tong)步(bu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)控(kong)制(zhi)系統控(kong)制(zhi)多個(ge)液(ye)壓千斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)進(jin)行同(tong)(tong)步(bu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。該方法PLC液(ye)壓同(tong)(tong)步(bu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)控(kong)制(zhi)系統對液(ye)壓千斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)進(jin)行頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)控(kong)制(zhi),從根本上(shang)(shang)克服了(le)液(ye)壓千斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)的不同(tong)(tong)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的缺陷,從而(er)精確的控(kong)制(zhi)了(le)橋梁(liang)(liang)的位(wei)移(yi)和姿態,使橋梁(liang)(liang)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)具(ju)有良好的同(tong)(tong)步(bu)性,保(bao)證了(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)結構的安全。
